It isn’t just for little kids, though the car buff you know probably played with Lego a little longer in life than most other kids. Smartphones are used for everything now including assisting you with keeping track of car maintenance, fuel efficiency, and performance. As the saying goes, “There’s an app for that.” An iPhone app called Car Minder Plus tracks your vehicle maintenance and fuel economy, helping you stay on top of your vehicle needs. It’s a great ‘stocking-stuffer’ and only costs a few dollars. An app called Track Day on the App Store reportedly measures vehicle performance like acceleration times, lap times, and g-force information from cornering and braking. Sounds like fun.
